The Hill City School District is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week May 4-8.
“Teacher Appreciation Week at Hill City is a special time to recognize the dedication, passion and impact of our educators and staff,” said elementary principal Samantha Weaver.
Parents and community members can help celebrate the teachers and staff by dropping off gifts, food, drinks or just a simple note of thanks.
“We are incredibly fortunate to have strong community support, with our Parent Involvement Parent Teacher Organization playing a key role in organizing treats throughout the week,” said Weaver. “From generous meals to meaningful gifts, the week is filled with gestures that show just how valued our staff truly are. Each building adds its own unique touch, creating a celebration that reflects the spirit and appreciation of our entire school community.”
If you would like to show your appreciation, items can be dropped off with the secretary of the respective school.
