Thomas Green, Jr.

Thomas Ellis Green, Jr. was born Nov. 1, 1943, in Shelbyville, Tenn., and was of the Catholic faith. Thomas was employed for 33 years with Shell Oil Company.
Thomas, a resident of Pearland, Texas, passed away  June 1, 2021, in Pearland from Parkinson’s Disease. He was 77.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Thomas Green, Sr.; sister, Diane Cunningham; and brother, James B. Green.
Thomas leaves behind his loving wife, Marilyn Bennett Green; son, Jeffrey Thomas (Natasha) Green; grandchildren, Aaron (Tamlyn) Green and Andrew Thomas Green; four great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Margare (Charles) Leach; and brother, John B. (Debra) Green.
Celebration of life was June 12 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. We will have our service as we begin to say goodbye.
A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Friday, June 18 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Custer, S.D.,  with Christian Funeral Committal following at Custer Cemetery.
