Thomas L. Howey

Thomas “Tom” L. Howey, 69, passed away on December 15, 2020, at the Hospice House in Rapid City, S.D. Tom was born October 31, 1951, in Rapid City to LeRoy and Beverly Howey. He grew up in Deerfield and graduated from Hill City High School.

Services will be held at a later date with burial at Bell Park Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
