CUSTER COUNTY — PLANNING TECHNICIAN - Custer County is hiring a full-time Planning Technician to assist with permit processing, field inspections, recordkeeping, and customer service. Applicants should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with office work and fieldwork. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends and most holidays off. Starting wage: $19.04/hour, with paid leave and a comprehensive benefits package. High school diploma or GED and a valid South Dakota driver’s license, or ability to obtain one, required.
