— A bilzzard swept across South Dakota causing winter storm warnings from early Christmas Day into Monday, Dec. 26. The storm included freezing rain, several inches of snow and winds from 30 to 40 mph. The South Dakota Department of Transportation issued a no travel advisory for all roads in the entire western half of South Dakota and closed I-90 from Wyoming border to Vivian. ...
