It was the Jojo Larsen show at the Black Hills Track Classic in Sturgis last Saturday, as the sophomore Wildcat sprinter ran her way to a pair of gold medal finishes, winning the 100 in a time of 12.43 while also winning the 200 at a time of 25.86, the latter of which is the fastest time in the state in Class A this spring.
“It was a good day for her. She looked smooth, strong and fast,” Custer head coach Karen Karim said.
Larsen rounded out her day with a sixth-place finish in the 400, running a time of 1:02.46.
