Blame for meter costing town money

The Keystone sewer plant project is once again costing taxpayers money, according to discussion at the most recent town board meeting.
 
Jerry Przybylski, public works superintendent, informed the board that Rapid Rooter located the pipe that the meter needs to be placed on, as the previous pipe was empty and not correct. Even with the pipe located, the town would need to share the cost with RCS Construction and AE2S Engineering to install the meter on the pipe and to dig a new manhole.
